First day in Paris
On your first day in Paris, start early by visiting the Eiffel Tower. You can take lots of photos, stroll through the Trocadéro Gardens (which are just below the tower) and, if you want, pay to go up the tower and see the beautiful Champ de Mars from above.
After that, you can cross the River Seine and head towards the Arc de Triomphe, a famous monument in the city. It begins the famous Champs Élysées avenue, which is a long avenue of street stores with famous brands.
From there, you can grab a quick snack in the many street bakeries and walk straight to the famous Louvre garden, which is beautiful. And, of course, take the whole afternoon to visit this museum, which is simply the most famous in the world.
The museum is huge and you probably won’t be able to visit all of it, so take a map at the entrance and select the areas you’re most interested in seeing. It’s also worth buying your tickets in advance (we’ll explain how below). After leaving the Louvre, in the evening, you can cross the Pont des Arts, a bridge well known for having padlocks attached to it by couples in love.
Another amazing place to visit from there is the incredible Notre Dame Cathedral, the most famous in all of France, but you can only see the façade as it is closed to visitors. And to end the evening in style, make sure you have dinner in a delicious Parisian restaurant.

Second day in Paris
As you’ve already seen most of the sights in Paris on this first day, our tip is that you book your second day to visit the enchanting Palace of Versailles. We’ve already told you that it’s important to book your tickets in advance to avoid the stress of queuing.
This royal castle is considered one of the largest in the world. However, it is not located in the French capital, but in the neighboring city of Versailles. However, the distance between the two cities is very short and the journey quick: 41 km and 1 hour by car.
The Palace of Versailles symbolizes the Absolutist Monarchy in France, whose main figure was King Louis XIV. The building itself is rich in detail and is full of majestic rooms to visit – among the most outstanding is the hall of mirrors.
And don’t forget to visit the palace garden, which is one of the largest gardens in the world and an absolute delight. Another very interesting trip is to visit the Versailles region, which is also very beautiful.

Third day in Paris
On the last day, to round off the trip with a bang, we recommend some breathtaking sights. Start this third day of your trip by going to the Sacré Coeur, the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, located on Rue du Chevalier de la Barre.
Be ready to face the cathedral’s long staircase, but the effort will be well worth it as the view is unique. Don’t forget to take a camera with you to take pictures and keep the memories of the day. Afterwards, head to the Moulin Rouge, located in the same area, and stop for lunch or a snack in the area which is home to numerous cafés and the best restaurants in Paris.
At the end of the day’s sightseeing, there’s nothing better than shopping and picking up a few souvenirs for the trip – even better if you can do it while saving a lot of money. So don’t miss Galeries Lafayette, which is accessible by many metro lines.
You’ll be enchanted by the place, which is very beautiful and has incredible shopping options, although it’s not that cheap. Once you’ve done that, head back to your hotel and rest well after three intense and unforgettable days of travel.
